During March to the end of the season a hedge will begin to grow, some do so rapidly whilst others take more time. By trimming the hedge back we can control the height, face and decorative shape of the hedge.
In some cases where your hedge is between your land and a highway or foot path the Local Authority may impose restrictions on the height or how much they protrude onto foot paths. The Local Authority may ask you in writing to have your hedge trimmed back.
